SRK relax, take it easy

The incident of detaining SRK at American airport Newark, is most shocking and disturbing to the Indians. When Obama administration is trying to develop a new relationship with the Islamic world, detaining SRK, the Bollywood hero, has sent a wrong message to them. Authorities have different opinions about the incident which may not be convincing to the Indians and it shows that he was grilled just because of his Muslim name ‘Khan’. It is most humiliating and insulting – I too thought and wrote this post hurriedly.

But But I think we should be matured in thinking and tackling the issue. SRK may be feeling insulting humiliating because the position (Bollywood Badsha) he enjoys here in India, he was denied that and he was treated like a common man. From Security point of view, if you think, they are not wrong, they have done their duty. Only thing they should have done the process faster. Security of a country whether it is US or India, there should not be any relaxation. In America, Security personnel may not know him. We too don’t know many VIP’s of US.

We should not forget the Attack on Mumbai last year for which the security lapses, negligence of duties were the main reasons. Therefore there should not be any relaxation in security checks which may sometime cause unparallel damage to the safety of the citizens.

SRK relax and try to cooperate with the system without feeling any humiliation. Remember India and US are the prime target of the terrorists today.

Why Bangalore is a preferred destination for IT MNCs

During my one week stay at Bangalore, not done anything to be mentioned except a visit to India’s # 01 IT MNC INFOSYS. It is amazing, impressive to see the campus, at least for me and this inspired me to write this post about the company and as a whole about the city Bangalore. In its huge campus at Electronic City, Bangalore has total 48 buildings as of now and each building is unique in design and different from each other, having different architectural design and look. The campus is having lot of greenery too, neat and clean and well maintained. No car is allowed inside the campus. All cars are to be left at a 6 storied Multi Level car parking building. From there all have to walk down to adjacent campus area. I think, it is unparallel to any company in India with regard to its area, maintenance and architectural designs of its buildings. In fact the company is maintaining its International standard in all respect thinking its International clients.

Bangalore is a preferred city for IT companies, in fact for any industry because the city is trying to maintain its highest standards in all respect and the city is being developed keeping in view of the necessity of the industries. For example, it is worth mentioning here that a flyover of 11 Km long (from Silk board to Electronics city) is under construction only for the Electronics city where most of the IT companies are based. This is in addition to the existing wide metal road. This will help the techies to travel to Electronics City without any interruption by road traffics..

Bangalore has recently got its brand new International Airport. The airport has moved to a distance of 55 KM away from the city. The airport what Bangalore has got today is claimed to be of International standards. The connecting road to Airport from the city is of high standard. The bus services from Airport is also of the International standard as Volvo buses have been introduced from airport to different places of the city. The city is spreading fast, and keeping that in view, the shifting of the Airport to a distance of 55 KM is well justified. In fact this kind of foresight is essential for spreading and developing a city in a country like India. Will our politicians of West Bengal turn their eyes to Bangalore and learn some lessons?
